As Stewart Rhodes explains so clearly in the previous post, the Feds have simple taken all these lands. They don't pay for it. They give no money to the states, whose land it is.
But it is worse. They just take private land. Outright take it. With deception, like protecting "wild life". (That is a topic in itself. But it is ridiculous on its face. It's so obvious. The Fed coming in and telling people they can't do this, or do that, all becasue of a prairie dog? Meanwhile, they take control of the land. I know I'm kinda thick, but I am seeing a pattern here.
If you didn't listen to Rhodes in the previous post (entitled: "Bundy Ranch explained"), give a listen. It is four minutes of clarity. You will understand the above map forever.
